Marrakech · Tizi n'Tichka · Aït Ben Haddou
Over the pass, then the whole afternoon and the golden hour at the ksar. Night in a kasbah hotel at Aït Ben Haddou.

Aït Ben Haddou · Skoura · Dades
Ouarzazate and the Taourirt kasbah, the Skoura palmeraie and Amridil, then the Valley of Roses into the Dades. Night in the valley.

Day 03
Dades · Todra Gorge
The Dades serpentine at first light, a morning walking the Todra gorge, and a slow afternoon. Night at the mouth of the gorge.

Todra · Erfoud · Merzouga
East to the fossil workshops at Erfoud, then the sand. Camel ride at sunset, dinner and a night in the dunes at Erg Chebbi.

Day 05
Merzouga · Nekob · Draa Valley
The southern road through Rissani and Tazzarine to Nekob, then down to the Draa. Night in a kasbah in the palm grove.

Draa Valley · M'Hamid · Erg Chegaga
Tamegroute in the morning, then the piste out to the great erg. First night in the luxury camp.

Erg Chegaga · a free day
Nothing scheduled. High dunes at dawn, sandboarding, a nomad family, and the sun going down from the ridge. Second night in camp.

Erg Chegaga · Foum Zguid · Marrakech
West across Lake Iriqui, north through Taznakht and over the Atlas. Marrakech by evening.
